New Booking System

There will some changes as we move to a new booking system.

Please be patient with us while we learn the new system!

We have changed our booking system so that the process of booking multiple pitches/dates will be easier both online and by telephone. You will also be able to create an account to view all your bookings together online and simplify repeat bookings online.

Booking confirmations, and reminder emails will look a little different, and will come from a different email address so please check your spam: info@homesteadlake.campmanager.com.

Advantages of booking online:

* Choose your pitch number
* Book multiple/group bookings, by adding each booking to a basket.
* Create an account, so all your bookings are in one place.

All 2026 bookings have been transferred to the new system, and you can now Book Online or call us on 01255 833492.

If you booked with our old system:

Bookings will have a new booking reference number, and future reminder emails will show your new booking number. Not everyone will have been resent a booking confirmation, please let us know if you would like one.

Alternatively you can see all upcoming bookings online. To set up your account, click the “I have forgotten my password” on the log in page. Follow the instrustions to reset your password, using the email address on your booking. Please contact us if you are unsure of the email address you used on your booking.

Balances can also be paid online, reminder emails will be sent out a few days before balances are due.
