Deposits and Payment
When you request your booking, you must pay deposit of 20% of the price of your holiday or, if you are booking 7 days or less before the start date, the full price.
The deposit is non refundable and not transferable to another booking in the event of cancellation.
The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 7 days before the start date of your holiday.
If the balance is not paid in time, then we may cancel your holiday and retain your deposit as or cancellation charge. We will confirm the cancellation to you in writing by email.
Please make sure you book all the dates you need. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend your booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us. We reserve the right to re-let your pitch.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 7 days before start date:
20% deposit is non refundable
i.e. Charge is 20% of holiday price; if paid in full you will receive a refund of monies paid less 20% of holiday price - Cancellation received less than 7 days before start date:
No refund
i.e. Charge is 100% of holiday price
We are unable to refund for personal circumstances, including but not limited to, ill health, car break down, bereavement, isolation.
We recommend that you consider appropriate holiday insurance which covers any cancellation charges and any additional losses which you may incur through cancellation of your holiday, whether by you or us.
